– Okay, this is a bit odd, even for me. The MotH series is set in a far-future/alternate universe version of…our own, I guess, so certain things that can’t/don’t happen today can and do.
– As per the usual (for me), this piece is out of chronological order with the others. Maybe a couple of years after Caleb and Hanoki first join The Black Collar?
– …I don’t really have much of a reason for using the -chan honorific, other than it kinda fits. Look at it this way: at least I’m not describing Hanoki as a ’shouta’/'loli-boi’ type… *Gag* *Cough* *Ahem* He may have long hair and pointy semi-elfin features, but he’s got muscles and could kick most peoples’ asses from here to there and back again without a weapon, so.
– After rereading this in the cold light of day, it becomes terribly, blindingly obvious that I A) really shouldn’t read my only porn mag (June 2002 Variations, liberated from the junk under my brother’s bed) before writing smut and B) haven’t written straight smut in, like, FORever. *Siiiiigh* I don’t like this very much. Also, the part after ‘CUT CUT CUT’ was wimpy crap so I started over.
